Siblings of Children with Autism Interactive Workshops at Livingston Library on April 1st

POSTPONED – Autism NJ will be presenting “Siblings of Children with Autism Interactive Workshops” at the Livingston Public Library on Thursday, April 1st, at 10:30 am. The workshop for siblings of children with autism will provide them with a fun and interactive experience. Siblings will participate in educational games to learn about autism, their siblings’ behavior, and experiences they have in common. Siblings ages 8-12 are encouraged to attend. At the same time as the sibling group is meeting, parents are invited to attend an interactive group discussion on issues affecting siblings of children with autism. Parents will discuss strategies to help their children interact more effectively and will be encouraged to share personal experiences.
